Plan your kitchen with the help of the 3D kitchen planner. Get started today. When you’re ready, either print out your drawings and product list at home, or save your plan to the IKEA server. At the IKEA store you can discuss your drawing with one of our kitchen experts. They’ll go over the final details with you, so you can take your kitchen from drawing to reality.

Getting a detailed overview of your new kitchen in 3D is a great way to get a feel for what your kitchen will look like when it’s actually in place at home. And it’s easy – the 3D kitchen planner has a user-friendly interface, designed for non-experienced "kitchen planners".

Create a detailed floor plan
Switch easily between 3D and floor plan view. As soon as you start to draw your new kitchen – adding the right measurements of your walls and placing windows, doors, cabinets, appliances etc. your 3D drawing will update accordingly.

Complete product list included
As you build and design your new kitchen, the planner tool adds a detailed list of all products you choose to include. Name, product description, main material and price – all basic information you need when you meet one of our IKEA kitchen specialists.
Important info:
Remember to bring your username and password with you to the store. You can’t access your saved kitchen drawings without it.

Certain cabinet doors and other kitchen products may need to be special-ordered at the IKEA store.

As a security measure, we don’t accept kitchen drawings on floppy disk, USB memory sticks, etc. in the IKEA store.

• 1 gigahertz (GHz) equivalent or faster
• 32MB Graphics card
• 1024 x 768 Display resolution
• Broadband Internet connection
• Operating Systems:
o Windows XP SP2 or higher
o Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or higher (Intel Processors only)

Make sure you are not running IE in compatibility mode. Also uninstall all previous installations of the player in your browser. Then install the player.

For installing the Mac plug-in follow the instructions on the screen.
Here with some additional info:

1. Download (save) the disk image file 2020PluginInstaller.dmg
2. Mount the disk image (open/run the downloaded file) if not mounted automatically
3. Find the 2020PluginInstaller window (might be behind the window on top)
4. Drag the lego piece to the folder (if you do not have admin privileges you will be prompted to authenticate)
5. Restart the browser (it is not enough to close the browser window, you need to restart the browser application)
6. Access the same link and you will now see the Start button and be able to start planning your room!
